In addition, they were instrumental in the development of some of the New York metropolitan area's most complex, groundbreaking projects.  Such projects include The Ludlow (NYC luxury rental), Port Imperial (NJ community redevelopment along the Hudson River), and The Prudential Center Arena (home to the New Jersey Devils, Newark, NJ).
